J9 Training Program
The J9 Young Entrepreneurs Program is a cooperative effort of The J9 Foundation and Community Aid International to combat global poverty by raising-up young entrepreneurs to catalyze economic growth in their communities. The program seeks to develop both micro-enterprises and small-to-medium-sized businesses capable of generating capital, employment, investment and expansion.
The goal of the programme is to reduce poverty and create wealth by targeting and working with young adults aged between 24 to 35 years old on entrepreneurship in Bondo and Rarieda districts.
The young entrepreneurs are trained for duration of one month. They are then given a chance to come up with a viable business proposal which encompasses the type of business, amount needed, payment mode, sustainability and expansion opportunities.
